What has not changed is what it takes and that is to continually come in and go to work whether you are having a good day or a bad day. What has changed is the wrestlers and the lives they may have lived. More often than when he was a wrestler, wrestlers are coming from different backgrounds and different family situations. It is important that coaches keep in good communication with their athletes because each one may respond to things differently.
